I’ve been using car sharing since they started testing the waters way back in what, 2010? I can’t remember all the different companies that came and went. And now Gig is shutting down at the end of the month. As one of those plebs who has to dart around town for odd jobs, distances that are too difficult or time consuming to take by the bus, or even bikeshare, is there a good alternative to Gig? (I know Zipcar is still (!!) around, but I never thought it was a great service)
