Need Help Finding Tim Wistrom painting

I once saw this great painting on Twitter by somebody that I think is Tim Wistrom. It looks like this, but it has other buildings from the Seattle skyline alongside the space needle rising out of the water. It also occurs at dawn.

Does anybody have any links to the painting I am thinking of? I have already emailed Wistrom, but have not gotten a response yet.
