Is it okay to go to places like Earl’s or Civility & Unrest alone?

Hey! I’ve been wanting to treat myself to a nice dinner maybe some pasta and a cocktail at a place like Earl’s or Civility & Unrest in Bellevue. But I’m wondering… is it okay to go alone? Do people do that? Will it feel awkward? I’d appreciate any tips or recommendations for places that are solo-diner friendly!
