I know a few teachers at the mentioned school.
They are actually cutting teachers from the school going into next year.
Reason stated is because there are not enough student enrolled. There are not enough students enrolled because they didn’t open the waitlist. People were waiting to get it and they declined them.

Viscous cycle to kill the k-8 schools.
Cut staff because they won’t let kids in. Don’t let kids in because they don’t have staff.
