prom boutiques/stores??

i may have prosecuted the search for a dress way too long. i am one of those girls that genuinely has dreamt about my prom day since i was 5 years old. i don’t wanna spend TOO much on a dress but i still want a pretty flashy and gorg dress. any store ideas??
