Metropolitan Grill keeps the 20% service charge. The servers get 10% commission. So if you spend $1000 on food you get charged $1200 plus tax, the server gets $100 (or $120 not sure) and the MG gets $200. How do you all feel about this?

If you want the server to get the tip you need to pay over and beyond the 20% service charge. May be they pay their servers a living wage so they don’t mind?
