Extremely rude and unprofessional team. They fixed my toilet yesterday and within a few hours there was a lot of water leaking and caused water damage to our floor.
When asked to come fix it, he wanted me to pay extra for the part. Why didn’t he realize that the part was broken when he initially fixed it. When I pointed it out, he got really rude and unprofessional and wouldn’t leave even when I told him to leave.
Kept arguing with me and when I continued to repeat myself asking him to leave, he eventually left.
When I called the owner to report the service guy, the owner was also rude. He offered to fix it for free and I said I didn’t want to use their services again fearing my safety but I simply wanted to report the person. The owner proceeds to say what is the point of me calling him if I didn’t want a free service. And started getting upset at me. I disconnected the call because I didn’t want to argue or listen to him.
I am never using their services again.
