Looking for recommendations in Bellevue and surroundings

Hi everyone,

I’m visiting Bellevue, WA for the fourth time—coming from Europe. I usually stay for about 3 weeks each time, so I’ve already done most of the typical things: Seattle sightseeing, Kirkland, Olympia, a visit to Portland, Snoqualmie Falls, Leavenworth, Mount Rainier, museums, a Seahawks match, three Mariners matches, Anacortes to see killer Whales, some outlets, walking for multiple places: Redmond, Bellevue, Seattle, Juanita Beach, etc.

This time, I’m hoping to discover different places, unique food or coffee spots, quiet walks, local art, events, or any experiences that feel more special.

That said, I don’t have tons of free time—I’m working during the weekdays, so I’m mainly looking for things to do in the afternoons/evening or on weekends.

Any recommendations for someone who’s been around a few times already? Thanks in advance!
