Man @ Bellevue Mall

I’m not from the area, but I’ve been to the Bellevue mall several days in a row and keep seeing the same man sitting on a bench. He has blue eyes, wears a crystal crown, and is literally covered in crystals, you can’t miss him. I approached him, and he told me he works for the government, but he’s there every single day for hours just sitting. He also shared some wild stories that honestly sound completely made up. Has anyone else seen him or know anything about his story?
