I’m currently using Xfinity and getting around 50ms ping while playing FPS games. A friend of mine switched to Google Fiber (available in his apartment) and saw his ping drop to 20ms, which made a noticeable difference.
I’m planning to move to Bellevue Downtown and really want to switch to a fiber provider with better latency. Which fiber ISPs are available in your building, and how’s the reliability and performance, especially for gaming?
