I was walking Lake Washington Blvd with my 33 week pregnant wife, and we saw a car driving north pull up next to a jogger and hit him with a smoothie. They screeched past, it was four young teens, one wearing a scheisty (sp?). The jogger asked if we had a napkin, and all I caught was the first three letter of their license plate.
We turned around to walk back north and saw the car parked at Mt Baker Beach and they must have noticed us because they peeled out of the parking lot and drove up next to us and shouted at me “why are you looking” – then threw two cherry sodas at us and drenched us.
I have their license plate but don’t really know what to do with it.
Just venting I guess
