Are y’all having trouble hearing back from bars on poached? I have 5+ years experience 1+ experience managing and am an energetic fun happy employee. Never been fired have great relationships with old owners and managers. Idk what the issue is? I don’t want to manage I want to focus on bartending. I love it, it can be so fun and exciting.
