Finding a doctor

I’m 35f, lived in seattle my whole life, and finding a doctor seems like an endless treadmill of waiting, finding a doctor, the doctor leaves, and starting over. Any advice on how to find reliable pcp care in Seattle?

I plan to have my first child in the next year to 2 years, and having reliable medical care is very important to me. I’ve heard stories of women not being able to get appointments until they’re past the first trimester! Since this will be a geriatric pregnancy I want to do everything I can to avoid that. Ideally, I would be embedded with a PCP I trust before starting that journey.

Any advice on how to find a doctor that doesn’t have a 4 month wait time for an appt, who won’t inevitably leave 3 months later?

Also interested in any broader feedback about how to navigate the medical world from women who’ve been through this before.
