I was able to get a message through to the CEO of CVS Health’s email (CVS Health owns Aetna) stating that I intend to drop Aetna as my insurance provider during my company’s next open enrollment period if Aetna cannot reach an agreement with UW Medicine/Fred Hutch.
As a result, the Aetna executive response team has assigned me a case number. This is further than I’ve gotten by contacting customer care.
I don’t want to post it here because doxxing, but if anyone else would like the email address, please DM me. Happy to help others impacted by this potentially get their message through to a higher channel.
