I was able to film part of a pepper spray attack against a family with a baby today while waiting to get on I-5 N after work. The incident took place at 5:52pm at the intersection of E Olive Way and Melrose Ave. If anyone can help me find the victims so I can share the footage that would be great! submitted by /u/8utth0le |
