Hey everyone!
Moving to Bellevue soon with my gf and cat for a job opportunity and looking for a 1Bed1Bath that’s at least 700sqft. My budget is about 2500/month. Any recommendations?
I would love to be as central and downtown if possible with assigned parking within the apartment complex (hopefully parking included but can pay extra if needed, but not more than $100 a month per car: we have two total). I’m not really worried about safety.
Here are the two places I’ve reached out to:

- BellCenter
Thoughts on the above apartment places?? Would be great to get a local’s perspective.
