I am looking for authentic oaxacan food not Mexican but oaxacan. There’s a big difference. I keep asking around and everyone points me to Mexican restaurants. Oaxaca is in Mexico but the food is completely different and the flavor and spice is different. I’m from there but can’t seem to find authentic oaxacan food. Or does anyone know any oaxacan people in Seattle I could connect with or that make food on the side. Thank you.
