I was boarding the streetcar in Pioneer Square this afternoon and was told this by two fare enforcement officers that I could not bring my scooter on the streetcar. I should add this was a personal scooter that could be folded up. They said it didn’t matter, that it was something about the battery. I could find nothing about this on the streetcar website. Anyone else aware of this? I’ve been taking my scooter on the streetcar several times a week for years.
