Help me find my favorite cookie!

Looking for kieflies. Also known as kifli, kifle, nut horn, etc. My grandma made these every year when I was a young midwestern child and still every year, around this time, I find myself craving them but have yet to find them outside of the Midwest. The ones she made had nut filling and were dusted with powdered sugar. If I remember correctly they took multiple days to make. They looked similar to the photo shown Please help!
