Medical Equipment Stolen in a Carjacking

Hi I am trying to help a family who had their disabled son’s breathing apparatus stolen out of their car in front of Umma Dak in Chinatown International District.

This is the van that had two guys in it that stole from the black car in the second photo.The image is from the security camera at the hotel next to the restaurant so it’s not clear.

If anybody has any information it would be greatly appreciated.
