Do you want to avoid further delays to Ballard and West Seattle light rail? Speak out against CM Rivera’s (and Moore’s) last-minute amendment to permitting to require Sound Transit do pre-permit “community outreach” AND inform public they can appeal to court for EVERY permit

Amendment details:

Rivera’s amendment would require Sound Transit to submit a “community outreach plan” as part of permit requests to build the light rail lines voters approved nearly a full decade ago at this point.

And:

Rivera’s amendment also explicitly requires ST to broadcast the fact that permit approvals can be appealed to King County Superior Court.
