My friend and I got stopped at a red light leaving the mall, our windows were rolled down bc it was nice out. Music wasn’t loud or obnoxious, not dressed obscenely or anything out of the ordinary. This man crossing the street, takes out (what sounded like) some sort of film camera or digital that had a retro look to it, holds it ar chest level and walks up to me (the driver) and snaps a shot, no stopping all one swift movement before walking behind my car and on the sidewalk. We of course were left mainly confused and a little scared. Has this happened to anyone? Should I be concerned??
