To the woman in the Statue of Liberty outfit under the torn American flag waving from the pedestrian overpass at Northgate: thank you.
Your powerful imagery got me a little choked up this morning. For the last several weeks as Project 2025 has really started taking shape and escalating toward what will surely become a summer of very bad things, I go back and forth between feeling like giving up and wanting to fight. Seeing you today reminded me why fighting for what is right so important.
