My neighbor has had a neglected still water pond for a few years, and it’s breeding grounds for mosquitos. Despite me asking him to take care of it for a while now, nothing has been done. I’ve considered tossing some mosquito killer products into the pond, but doesn’t seem like a long term solution. Is there a code violation where the city can help enforce compliance?
