The last really low tides of the year will be in the middle of the week coming up. All of the really good places to go tidepooling that I know of are in the San Juan Islands, which isn’t really convenient for a day trip by most standards.
The best place I’ve seen in Seattle proper is Me-Kwa-Mooks Park/Ema Schmitz Overlook, which is still not super fantastic IMHO. Is there any place better than that within about a 90′ drive of the Ship Canal Bridge? Maybe the headlands around Rosario Beach at Deception Pass State Park?
Edit to add: I’m most interested in rocky/semi-rocky areas that might have kelps, nudibranchs, anemones, molluscs, and sea stars. Bonus for eelgrass growing in the clefts of rock.
