Curious to find the person who made this pot

There’s a gentleman who has frequented our Capitol Hill neighborhood for many years. We refer to him as “The Rock Man.” His brain directs him to move rocks from point A to point B, sometimes from one yard to another, sometimes taking apart a rock wall, etc. He also does this with items other than rocks. We recently secured our yard due to repeated “landscaping” efforts by Rock Man, as well as missing or disturbed items. While cleaning up his handiwork, under a bush we found several flower pots in addition to his telltale rocks. I’ve started cleaning up the pots and they’re really quite nice. This one is marked “KC 25” and another very different one is marked “KC 24.” KC, you are a skilled potter. We’d love to keep this gift from the Rock Man but I realize they weren’t really his to give, so if you would like them back, please message me.
