SR 99 toll rates during off-peak, morning and evening hours. Hey, all – here to tell you that starting Tuesday, July 1, 2025, toll rates in the SR 99 Tunnel will increase by 3 percent. Toll revenue is used to support ongoing maintenance, operations, and repayment of construction costs. This increase is part of a planned rate adjustment schedule adopted in 2018. For drivers with a Good To Go! account, rates will vary between $1.25 during off-peak and morning hours, and $2.80 during evening peak hours.
