Can you recommend rentals?

I already live in WA but I need to be closer to Seattle or surrounding area for medical. Bellevue is a possibility.

Is there a landlord or rental that you would personally recommend?

After extensive search online, I feel sort of lost and discouraged by the options available so I wanted to branch out a bit and ask the local community.

Who do you recommend?
