By far, the worst experience I have ever had with any company and that includes Comcast. This company took over rental management of my condo in Seattle and has not been able to place it for four months; note that the condo is in downtown Seattle. then they managed to illegally my appliances for no reason and for four weeks there has been radio silence from the company. Just a public service announcement : stay away from Evernest.
