With spring and now summer upon us I have spent a lot of time in natures. A half dozen times I have seen other people’s kids acting rambunctious towards trees (like pulling on branches that are not strong) and animals (like poking frogs with a stick or picking up sea anemones in tidepool areas). I have bitten my tongue, but didn’t feel good about it. But I don’t know if these things warranted the possible confrontation with parents that were standing right next to them watching it. What does everyone else do?
