Friend of mine sent me this website. Doesn’t seem to be a lot of info about execution and funding, just a movement to amend the King County charter.

Head of coalition, Saul Spady, was interviewed on the Jason Rantz show (conservative radio host on conservative station), and Spady himself used to be a host on that same conservative station.
Anyone got any idea on the validity of this?
