i love the bus and how accessible it is in the city. ive grown up here and take it everywhere, but recently, especially this past week the busses havent been stopping for me. they just drive past. its gotten to the point where i stick my arm out (per my dads advice) like an asshole just to let them know im waiting for that bus and they STILL drive past me đ its made me late to work almost every day this week and i end up paying $20+ for a lyft just to make to it work a little after my clock in time instead of being 30 mins late.
i dont know if its because theres often homeless people and people on drugs at my bus stops (normally the 48 and the 7 going south) but i feel like its very clear im not with them and im not smoking fent on the bench, im standing and waiting for the mf bus. i also take the bus to capitol hill and downtown a lot and they always stop even if there are homeless people and drug addicts, so im confused as to whats up with the bus drivers going south đ
anyone who has advice on how to get them to not drive past me pleaseeee lmk what to do
