Does anyone know who this is?

My buddy lives on a boat in a marina near the U District. We were out getting some dinner, and when we came back there was a stranger on his boat, trying on all his clothes and stuffing my friends belongings into a large bag. He even got into some food and used a toothbrush. We made him remove all of my friends clothes, and chased him out of the marina (yes, he left naked). He left behind a bunch of stuff that appears to be stolen, including this phone. If anyone knows who this might belong to, hit me up.

I did get a video of the dude, but I assume I can’t post it due to nudity.
