Naramore Park fountain removed?

I went past Naramore Park, just off the Seneca St. exit, which has a tall metal fountain made by George Tsutakawa. It’s one of my favorite works of his. It’s gone! The concrete pool and the circular stone ramp water flowed down and outward from it is there, but the sculpture has been removed.

I can’t find anything about this online. I know there was talk of renovating the entire park, but nothing else has changed. Does anyone know if it’s being worked on? Water pressure hasn’t been strong enough to reach the top, nor have the lights worked, in decades. The latter could be replaced with LED bulbs in the same fixtures quite easily.
