Bellevue apartment Venn vs Sir Gallahad

Hi,

I’m relocated to bellevue in a few days and need to decide which apartment to go. The finalists are

1. venn at main, floor 4 and facing courtyard.
2. sir Gallahad, top floor with loft structure and facing north.

The most thing I care about is noise. Both not facing the main street or road which i believe noise will majorly comes from neighbors (if there will be).

I hear that the Venn has thin ceiling (I also found some horrible videos on google review showing those noise). I know under my case Sir Gallahad seems the best choice, but I still like the interiors of Venn. Just want to get a general idea do you (or you heard from anyone) hear of how the sound proofing in Venn? If there is a noise neighbor, how will the leasing office usually deal with it? If you were in my position, what is your choice?
