Last night at the cap hill light rail station I waited for over 30 minutes for a south-bound train and train after train came by, all of them out of service. Literally the last 4 trains of the night, I ended up having to call an uber. They also said they were only going to SODO, no further. Anybody know why and if they will be running normal today? This is obviously not a great weekend for outages.
