Anyone in Bellevue using a medical alert system that works?

My mom’s been living in Bellevue and had a scare last month with a fall. She’s okay now, but we’re not taking any chances. I started looking at Bay Alarm Medical Alert, looks decent, but I’m wondering how well it works here in Bellevue. Can anyone share their experience? Especially if your loved one is still active and moves around the yard or neighborhood.
