Why is there no Pike Place Night Market?

For a city that prides itself of its markets, there are sure a lack of night time ones. If downtown would like to be a place where people actually hang out after hours, this would be a slam dunk idea. Bustling night markets across the world and even within the country are wildly successful. There must be a reason this hasn’t been implemented yet.
