my girlfriend and i are visiting seattle aug 23-24 and she really wants to eat at tendon kohaku. i checked the reservations site and it seems completely booked out for the dates we’re going to be there. is it possible to walk in? if so, what would the wait look like?

i’d call and ask them directly but the phone number i found seems to go directly to an AI which can only answer a few basic questions, with no option to talk to a human
