My deceased neighbor’s house has significant water leak

My next door neighbor passed away 2 months ago. Some of her relatives came by a few times but they locked the house since then.

Today I noticed water was coming under her garage door. I immediately shut off the main water valve and called the fire department. They stopped by and checked however told me they could do nothing further.

I don’t have any contact information of my neighbor’s relatives. House is probably dump right now, and needs urgent repairs.

I only know my neighbor’s name, none of her relatives. Her phone looks disconnected. Basic internet search yields to nothing. What should I do now? Is there any department in the city I can reach so they try to find her relatives? I know they live in Seattle area.

Edit: It’s not a small leak. I was able to hear water coming from the upstairs, sounded like a pipe burst, or complete failure of water heater.
