Writing this from the event. About 60 people present. No cops or counter-agitators so far. Speakers have mentioned the protest is also against pro-Israel media bias which is why the protest is in front of KOMO. One speaker also accused Israel of “spreading the despicable lie that Al-Sharif was an operative of Hamas.” I’ve gotten into shouting matches before with speakers before when they were leading the crowd in chants cheering for Hamas, so I like that we’ve apparently decided that Hamas is bad again. submitted by /u/bennetthaselton |
