Are there long covid clinics in Seattle that’s accepting new patients?

I’ve been experiencing ongoing symptoms for over a year since having COVID. My primary care physician referred me to the long COVID clinic at UW, but they aren’t accepting new patients. I was also referred to a physicist and then the physical therapy but that hasn’t helped.

Where are people with post-COVID health issues currently able to receive treatment and is there any group for people with similar symptoms or conditions in Seattle ? Appreciate any insights
