Hey all! When I was in Japan I had kaiseki that didn’t include any sushi/sashimi/nigiri (this place). Is there anything like that in the Seattle area? I haven’t found anything without sashimi/nigiri.
If you know of a place where sashimi/nigiri is only a small part, I’d be interested in checking that out too.
