Driving I-5 ??s

Hello,

It has been a couple years since driving on I-5 for me. Just didn’t need to do so because of my work nearby and living Wallingford- center of the world.

I need to go to Lynnwood shopping center for a Macy’s haul and to keep from penning myself in from the 5.

What are times I5 is less busy northbound during the day from 45th?
