Where can I learn to do makeup on myself?

I don’t wear makeup and never learned how to do makeup so that it’s flattering on myself. Is there a place I can go where they’ll demonstrate and give me advice on it? I’m East Asian so I’d prefer a stylist/artist who knows how to work with East Asian features.
