Anyone else woken up by a cop incessantly playing with their siren at around 3AM near 23rd and Union (CD)?

At around 3AM last night, a police car was stopped in the middle of the 23rd and Union with their lights flashing. The cop seemed to be flipping on their sirens rapidly to play the first part of the siren, then letting the siren blare fully, and then flipping it back on and off like a freaking DJ. Hard to say how long it lasted, but it felt like a few minutes of straight up ruckus. Also heard a cop on the bullhorn saying things I couldn’t really make out. Something about “You in the building…?”. Then we saw a cop get into the car, turn off everything and drive off. From my viewpoint, there didn’t seem to be anyone else outside other than police.
