Recognize this logo?

EDIT: SOLVED. I tried searching online, but no luck. This is on a hat I got at a thrift store here in Seattle, just liked the way it looked, but wouldn’t want to wear out unless I knew what it was.
In my search, I did find that upside down cross can represent St Peter and/or humility. TIA.

ps this same post immediately got removed from r/Washington, not sure why…
