Greenlake dbag with dogs offleash

You know who you are if you’re reading this. I was sitting on a bench chatting with someone and had my own dog with me, laying down next to me on a v short leash like he could t go anywhere. All of a sudden I turn around bc this huge German shepherd approaches out of the blue not on a leash, and scares my dog bc my dog doesn’t notice him. My dog ofc jumps up and barks while the dog keeps just standing there not moving sniffing my dog. And I look around and I’m like whose dog is this. It’s this guy with 3 other dogs, at this point he’s about 20 feet away and doesn’t appear to give a crap and just walks nonchalantly and goes this dog is trained, my reply is idk what this dog is or isn’t. We’re in a public space with a lot other dogs and people and your dogs should need to be leashed. One other of the 4 dogs he had was also unleashed. He appears to be a dog trainer and was training the German shepherd…via en electric collar bc he had one of the remotes in his hand. And again doesn’t give an F what I’m saying, along with my bench companion who said he has seen this dude with dogs offleash many times. No one wants to be approached by a large a*s German shepherd or any other dog for that matter without asking. If he was a real trainer he’d know to first of all ask if he can approach with his dog. This is on the main path along the lake, with a ton of people. Again I don’t care if you’re training your dog, put them all on a damn leash, dog ownership 101 esp in a super busy place. There are kids, and people who may be scared of dogs. And also someone who uses an e collar to train dogs is on the bottom of trainers if you ask me. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk I took a photo of him, no face. I’ll leave it in the comments in case mods don’t approve. beware of the person.
