There was this guy I used to know, back when I went to raves a lot in Seattle (1997-1998)… He went by the name of “Foo”… He is a Chinese or Filipino male who was 17 or 18 back then. So he’s in his 40’s now. He lived on Beacon Hill back then with his parents, I believe. He was a really cool guy with spikey hair and super nice.
