Pioneer square 2025/2026?

Do you think pioneer square would be better/different than it is right now (Dec. 2024)?

I visited Seattle in November of this year before they completed all of the concrete work for that pedestrian plaza next to the beautiful trees lit up by Christmas lights.

I know they finished that and there are those plans to convert that parking garage in the area to this futuristic condo building.

Are current pioneer square residents happy? Do you think a grocery store will open in the area by 2026?

(Asking as I may be able to go back to Seattle next year but definitely in 2026)
